These are dolls made of paper. These dolls appear during the "Corpus Christi" festivity in Mexico. During this festivity people burn representations of Judas, this Judas are build out off paper and fire works. Besides this Judas thing there were the so call "Panzones" images of the wealthy people in post revolutionary period. They were made to make a joke of these people, later became a popular hand craft for turist and mexican folklore.
