Google said it was only a six minute drive to Reserva Azul from Cuetzalan. We missed a few turns and ended up on an increasingly narrow back road headed up the mountain. It was like driving through a jungle, with ferns whipping the sides of the car, huge potholes, cobbled streets. This road curved a few times and then deteriorated until it was impassable in our car. The map said we were only a few hundred meters from Reserva Azul, but the road looked pretty bad. A young boy ran up to the car and asked where we were going.
