Its interior in the left transept of the nave of the Church is Latin, although with very short arms cross. In the Vault you can see represented the three theological virtues, framed by dense foliage; and the dome is grace, accompanied by the gifts of the Holy Spirit and by a group of 16 Holy Dominican. In the upper part of the walls of the nave are six large canvases from the hand of the painter José Rodríguez Carnero, alluding to the joys of the Virgin, while in the lower part the walls bear a beautiful type talavera tiles covers themed. In the transept there are other paintings with related topics linked to the life of the Virgin, as well as another more than oversized that Crown the apse of the Chapel and dedicated to the glorification and victory of the Rosary la “octava maravilla del mundo” Sin duda uno de los más espléndidos ejemplos del barroco novohispano, esta capilla, de 1690, en su tiempo fue considerada como la “octava maravilla del mundo”. En la parte superior de los muros de la nave se muestran seis grandes lienzos de la mano del pintor José Rodríguez Carnero, con temas alusivos a los Gozos de la Virgen, mientras que en la parte baja los muros llevan un bello lambrín de azulejos del tipo talavera. En el crucero hay otras pinturas con temas relacionados también con la vida de la Virgen, al igual que otra más de gran tamaño que corona el ábside de la capilla y que está dedicada a la Glorificación y Triunfo del Rosario
